Returns & Refunds
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, Lexi’s TCG cannot accept returns on sealed products that have been opened, tampered with, or had factory seals broken.
Unopened products may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Lexi’s TCG reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.
All orders are checked before dispatch. Lexi’s TCG may request photographic evidence when investigating claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
