Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lexi’s TCG, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following information regarding returns and refunds.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on any sealed products that have been opened, tampered with, or had seals broken.

This includes:

* Booster Packs

* Booster Boxes

* Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

* Collection Boxes

* Tins

* Bundles

* Blister Packs

* Mystery Products

Unopened Returns

Unopened and factory-sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided:

* The item remains sealed

* The item is unused

* The item is returned in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

* Your order number

* Photographs of the item

* Details of the issue

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
